THE GRIND IS INFINITE
Training isn’t all about muscle and booty, exercise for me has always been a way to express myself with my body. I do like the benefits of having muscle and the way my clothes fit, but what is more valuable to me is the feeling of accomplishing tasks or challenges. The confidence I have in my own capabilities, no matter the environment, the bonds I form with people who share this passion is the most rewarding. Yes, training comes along with things that we all don’t enjoy too much— monitor nutrition/hydration, working out on days when tired, etc, but doing what we don’t want to do affords us the opportunities to reap many benefits not available to us otherwise.
